novalyfe respects your privacy and your right to decide how your personal information is handled. If you are a resident of California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives you the ability to direct us not to sell or share the personal information we hold about you. This page explains what those terms mean in practice and gives you two simple ways to submit a request.
What Selling and Sharing Mean Here
Under California law, a "sale" can include making personal information available to a third party in exchange for money or other value, and "sharing" can include disclosing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, even when no money changes hands. novalyfe does not sell your personal information for cash. We do, however, work with advertising and analytics partners whose technologies may qualify as selling or sharing under the broad definitions in the CCPA. The opt-out described below applies to any such activity.

Managing Cookies in Your Browser

Verifying Your Request
To protect your information, we may need to confirm that a request genuinely comes from you before we act on a right to know, correct, or delete. We will match the details you provide against the information we hold and may contact you at the email address on file. An opt-out of sale or sharing does not require verification, so we will honor it promptly.
Authorized Agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. If you do, we may ask the agent for proof that you gave them permission to act for you, and we may still ask you to confirm your identity directly.
How Long We Take to Respond
We act on valid opt-out requests as soon as is reasonably practicable. For requests to know, correct, or delete, we aim to respond within forty-five days of receiving a verifiable request. If we need more time, we will let you know and explain why, consistent with the timeframes the law permits.
